Media

I feel that the story that was just on your blog was very important. I think that we do tend to put more emphasis on people like Tiger Woods than people like Ed Freeman.

Sergeant Russell Dunham, Medal of Honor Recipient, Dies at 89

He charged up a snowy hill in the Alsace region of France and single-handedly killed, wounded or captured 18 German soldiers.

Senior Poem

Senior year is very exciting, but in a way also sad.
Eighteen years gone and passed so fast.
Never ever thought I would get this far.
Senior year is all about growing up.
Finding out who you are and what you are ready for.
The last for everything.
You feel as if you are still young and are not ready to leave.
You think back on all the times you thought you were so grown up.
They seem like just yesterday.
You see all the people that you thought were so much older than you.
Now I am in their shoes.
But I am ready and feel that I am ready for anything.

But I did pay my bills?

I think that I would have reacted the same exact way or maybe even worse. The way they treated her was wrong even if she wouldn't of payed her rent. No one should be treated like that.

Our final stop we decided to be Hollywood of course. It is EVERY girls dream to visit Hollywood. What the heck we might get to meet some very important people. :)

A Teacher's Story

I have always loved coming to school. Seeing my friends and being around all the people here; but when I started high school, I started having trouble with girls that were here and just how girls tend to be. Up until my senior year it wasn't to bad. This year is when it all started up. I didn't want to come to school anymore and I for sure didn't want to see my friends. I have always been a part of Mrs. Olson's life. We have gone to the same church for so long and she has been one of my mother's best friends for forever. One day at school she pulled me to her room while we were working on college resumes. We talked all period about different situations and how to handle them. Ever since we have talked, everything has turned around. I am starting to understand how to handle the situations better and to not believe or let those things get to me. Mrs. Olson has made a huge change in how I look at my high school and I love her for that. :)
